The remarkable success of Northeastern's first UK campus led to the university swiftly outgrowing its initial home. With a growing student population came an increased demand for additional space.

To support the expansion, the new staff workspace at Marble Quay was designed to accomodate future growth, offering scalable desk space and a variety of work settings. Essential breakout areas, meeting rooms and collaboration spaces were preserved, all within a refined aesthetic. High-quality finishes and carefully-curated design elements create a professional and sophisticated atmosphere.

At Devon House in St. Katharine Docks, the focus was on establishing a diverse and inclusive campus that embodies a global mindset, fostering international collaboration and learning.

This innovative approach earned the project the prestigious 2023 Project of the Year: Public Sector & Cultural Interiors at the Mixology23 commercial design awards.
